  • Administer influenza vaccine program
  • Administer vaccines for business related travel
  • Administer vision, respiratory, hearing, and blood pressure screening
  • Conduct Medical Surveillance 
  • Coordinate annually written policies
  • Coordinates all workers' compensation claims
  • Coordinates first reports of injury, incident reports, corrective action and medical follow up for work related illness/injuries
  • Coordinates the Return to Work program with employee, supervisor, physician and third party administrator
  • Counsels employees regarding health and safety issues
  • Determine need for Fit For Duty
  • Develop and manage nursing care plans, instruct patients and their families in proper care and help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain their health
  • Host and coordinate blood drives
  • Host annual health fair
  • Host health related seminars and/or brown bag learning sessions
  • Maintain ergonomics, wellness, and blood borne exposure control programs
  • Maintain mother's nursing rooms
  • Maintains accurate and timely safety records
  • Orders all medical supplies
  • Orientates new employees to safety programs
  • Process Clinical Records 
  • Process Medical Leaves of Absence 
  • Processes Short Term Disability claims
  • Provide CPR/AED and first aid training
  • Provide screening exams as required by occupational safety health administration
  • Provision of Medical Care (Emergency & Non-Emergency) 
  • Pulmonary Function Testing 
  • Respirator Fit Testing 
  • Schedule appointments for examinations 
  • Submit and track medical incident reports
  • Support any interactions with base/site and municipal medical and emergency services during drill and actual emergencies
