COVID-19 Illness Hotline makes Return to Work Easier

With new variants, more cases, and CDC guidelines changing, keeping up with COVID-19 has become a burden for many employers across the country. No matter the industry, having procedures in place for COVID-19 is essential for a safe and healthy work environment. One strategy that employers should implement is a CDC-guided return-to-work policy following employee illness related to COVID-19. As we continue to reintegrate working from the office setting back into our daily lives, there’s really no debate that returning employees to the workplace during and after the COVID-19 pandemic won’t be as simple as announcing a reopening or return-to-work date and getting right back into business as usual.
